Foundation reinforcement work using aramid fibers and carbon fiber sheets.

A worry-free home building that knows no cracks.

Construction Process 1. Current Condition Survey and Diagnosis Check for cracks, subsidence, and reduction in strength, and develop a reinforcement plan. 2. Surface Preparation Remove dirt and deteriorated areas from the concrete surface (grinding) and perform treatment (Teflon TW-1P) to improve adhesion. 3. Application of Aramid and Carbon Fiber Sheets Adhere the fiber sheets to the foundation using epoxy resin (New Teflon TC-4101). 4. Epoxy Resin Impregnation and Curing Allow the resin to penetrate, solidify the sheets, and promote integration with the concrete.

Seismic recovery of residential fabric foundation settlement cracks using SWS investigation and partial jacking.

Clarifying the subsidence and cracks of the foundation through SWS investigation, and restoring seismic resilience with partial jacking up.

In residential foundation reinforcement, it is essential to address issues such as foundation settlement and cracking early on to maintain the long-term safety and comfort of the building. Particularly in the case of strip foundations, certain settlements and structural cracks can potentially impact the building's seismic resistance and structural strength. Ignoring these problems can accelerate the deterioration of the building and increase the risk of major repairs in the future or during an earthquake. Our settlement correction work addresses these challenges with scientific investigation and precise repair techniques, restoring the safety of the building. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Detached houses with partial settlement or structural cracks in strip foundations - Cases requiring recovery of the building's seismic resistance and structural strength - Situations where there is a desire to reduce the risk of future settlement or differential settlement during a major earthquake - Cases where construction needs to proceed while residents are still living in the home 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reliable recovery of the building's seismic performance and structural strength - Stabilization of the foundation through precise horizontal correction at the millimeter level - Improvement of concrete structural strength through carbon fiber reinforcement - Fundamental elimination of future settlement risks through steel pipe pile driving - Construction that respects the residents' daily routines while they continue to live in the home

Submergence correction work | Strongly supporting the longevity of wooden houses with carbon fiber foundation regeneration method.

No need for demolition, perfect for renovation sites! Proposing a method for extending the lifespan of wooden houses and improving construction efficiency through carbon fiber foundation regeneration and subsidence correction work.

This catalog proposes the "Carbon Fiber Foundation Restoration Method" and ground subsidence correction solutions, which demonstrate significant effectiveness during large-scale renovations and seismic retrofitting of existing homes, aimed at contractors, house manufacturers, and renovation businesses. By closely applying carbon fiber sheets, which have ten times the tensile strength of steel, to the existing foundation structure while concurrently conducting seismic retrofitting of the superstructure, we can significantly restore and enhance the bending strength and shear resistance of the foundation without the need for demolition or additional construction. Additionally, for issues such as uneven subsidence of the ground or tilting of the house discovered during on-site surveys, we combine high-precision subsidence correction work using small hydraulic jacks and steel pipe pile driving to accurately level the structure to the millimeter and prevent re-subsidence. Our compact construction system, which does not require heavy machinery, allows for smooth completion even in narrow sites or occupied locations, minimizing the occurrence of additional construction periods and cost increases. With reliable technical evidence and ground warranty support, we strongly assist in gaining the trust of clients and improving order rates.

Subsurface correction work | Carbon fiber foundation regeneration method for earthquake-resistant and long-lasting homes

Protect your home from the shaking of massive earthquakes! Achieve long-lasting wooden houses and overwhelming seismic performance through the powerful combination of carbon fiber foundation regeneration methods and subsidence correction.

This catalog is a technical proposal introducing the "Carbon Fiber Foundation Rehabilitation Method" and ground subsidence correction solutions that respond to disaster prevention measures and seismic reinforcement needs for the massive earthquakes anticipated in the future, while simultaneously achieving the longevity of wooden houses and the strengthening of their foundational structures. By adhering and integrally molding carbon fiber sheets, which boast over ten times the tensile strength of steel, with high-adhesion epoxy resin to existing foundation concrete that has developed cracks due to aging and differential settlement, we dramatically enhance the shear resistance and toughness of the foundation without the need for demolition or additional pouring. Furthermore, for the tilting of houses caused by ground differential settlement, we apply high-precision jack-up construction using steel pipe piles and pressure plates, accurately leveling the structure to the millimeter and securely anchoring it to deep supporting layers. The objective effectiveness has been proven through full-scale strength tests conducted by public institutions, providing overwhelming reliability and assured structural safety for resolving foundation nonconformities identified in seismic assessments and enhancing disaster prevention functions during renovations.
